Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct supplier audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for quality-related supplier issues
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to resolve quality discrepancies
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality systems, including ISO 9001 standards
- Analyze root causes of quality failures and implement preventive measures
- Facilitate supplier development programs to enhance quality capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
