We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QC Assistant Manager to lead our Quality Control team in Cikande, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing and quality assurance processes to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
As a leader, you will drive process improvement initiatives, mentor junior staff, and implement robust quality control measures that enhance product reliability. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and safety in the manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Quality Control team to ensure all testing procedures are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct regular internal audits and quality inspections to identify defects and areas for process improvement.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
- Review and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement strategies and reduce waste.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality in a timely manner.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and non-conformance reports (NCRs) for management review.
- Train and mentor QC staff on best practices, testing methodologies, and regulatory updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Quality Assurance field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in quality control tools and data analysis software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) is a plus.
