Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials and finished goods to ensure adherence to production specifications.
- Perform precise measurements and testing using standardized QA tools and gauges.
- Document all inspection results accurately in digital and manual quality control logs.
- Identify, isolate, and report non-conforming products to the production supervisor immediately.
- Assist in troubleshooting process deviations to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with internal safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production yield and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education qualification.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing inspection role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods during shift operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in a factory setting.
