In this role, you will play a critical part in upholding our brand reputation by ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
As our QA/QC Analyst, you will be the final line of defense, monitoring production lines, auditing raw materials, and implementing rigorous testing protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Perform comprehensive testing and documentation of batches, ensuring all results are accurately logged in the quality management system.
- Monitor production workflows to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Execute root cause analysis (RCA) for any quality deviations and assist in developing effective CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans.
- Collaborate with the production and operations teams to resolve quality issues and minimize waste.
- Perform periodic equipment calibration checks and facility sanitation audits.
- Prepare detailed quality reports for management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a QA/QC Analyst, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of quality control methodologies and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in using standard laboratory testing equipment and documentation software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and recognize quality trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and inter-departmental collaboration.
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of integrity regarding quality standards.
