Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive records of test data and quality logs.
- Collaborate closely with the production floor team to troubleshoot quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment and precision measuring instruments.
- Prepare and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to address and track quality discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal quality policies, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and quality management software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of ISO quality management systems and inspection techniques.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
