- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on manufacturing products to ensure compliance with established standards
- Perform detailed audits of production processes and documentation to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality in a timely and effective manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using quality control software and tools
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
