Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Lead root cause analysis for any non-conformance issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing workflows while maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed quality documentation, reports, and audit logs.
- Monitor and test equipment calibration to ensure precision in all production outputs.
- Facilitate staff training on quality policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and industry-specific quality management systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
