Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Develop and implement quality control procedures aligned with ISO standards and industry regulations
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Document quality control activities and maintain accurate inspection records
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
- Calibrate and maintain quality testing equipment to ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency with quality tools (SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience using testing equipment and quality software
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
