Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality inspections and testing procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive weekly and monthly QA/QC reports, including summaries of inspections, test results, and quality trends
- Monitor and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to ensure timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for engineering projects
- Collaborate with project teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Ensure proper documentation of quality processes, test results, and compliance certifications
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and emerging quality management practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the engineering or construction industry
- Familiarity with quality management systems and international standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and inspection techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and team collaboration
- Certification in quality management or related field is a plus
