RSM Builders is currently seeking a dedicated QA/QC Engineer to join our project team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our infrastructure and building projects meet the highest safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, conducting rigorous site inspections, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, implement, and oversee comprehensive QA/QC inspection plans for ongoing construction projects.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, building codes, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and site supervisors to address non-conformance issues promptly.
- Manage the documentation process for all quality reports, test results, and inspection logs.
- Monitor raw material quality and ensure equipment calibration is maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
- Participate in project progress meetings to report on quality benchmarks and potential risks.
- Ensure all site activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a QA/QC role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, ISO standards, and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality documentation software.
- Willingness to be based in Pasir Gudang and adapt to site-specific working hours.
