Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance test plans for semiconductor components.
- Conduct systematic QC inspections and audit manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with ISO and company standards.
- Analyze production data and failure reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to streamline quality workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain precise documentation of quality logs, calibration records, and inspection reports.
- Monitor environmental and equipment parameters to ensure optimal manufacturing conditions.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits, providing technical support and documentation as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within a semiconductor or high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using quality measurement tools (e.g., SEM, optical microscopes, CMM).
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical data clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) software and ERP systems is highly preferred.
