Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control systems and inspection protocols
- Conduct product testing, material inspections, and process audits
- Identify non-conformances and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Train staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct vendor audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years' QA/QC experience in manufacturing
- ISO 9001 auditor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
