Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain the project quality management system in accordance with international airport standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure construction activities meet design specifications and safety protocols.
- Review and approve contractor submittals, material test reports, and method statements.
- Identify, document, and track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers to manage budgets and timelines regarding quality-related technical requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and documentation for client reviews and regulatory audits.
- Facilitate effective communication between site engineering teams, sub-contractors, and third-party inspectors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, specifically within large-scale infrastructure or aviation construction projects.
- Deep understanding of ISO quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in QA/QC software and MS Office Suite.
