Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans for electronic components and systems
- Conduct product inspections, functional tests, and validation procedures
- Analyze test data to identify quality trends and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry specifications
- Prepare detailed quality reports and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of QA/QC experience in electronics manufacturing
- Familiarity with testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, IPC-A-610)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in quality management software and MS Office
- Attention to detail with excellent documentation abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
