Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and audits on engineering projects to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of quality.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation for client and regulatory approvals.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and contractors to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Verify materials, equipment, and workmanship against approved quality standards and codes.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and international quality management systems.
- Review technical drawings and blueprints to identify potential quality risks before execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer or Lead in the construction/industrial industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant quality codes (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM, SIRIM) and construction standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot quality issues effectively.
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and reporting software.
- Valid Engineerās license (e.g., Board of Engineers Malaysia) is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
