Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports to identify trends, defects, or areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions effectively.
- Develop, maintain, and update quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and inspection checklists.
- Monitor production processes to identify potential quality risks and recommend preventive measures.
- Train staff on quality control protocols and the importance of adherence to safety and quality regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, measurement equipment, and computerized quality control software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills to report findings clearly to management and cross-functional teams.
