As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and implementing our comprehensive food safety management system, ensuring full compliance with internationally recognized standards including FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, and KOSHER certifications.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Implement and maintain food safety management systems in compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, and KOSHER standards
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
  • Document quality control activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate quality records
  • Investigate product quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits and prepare necessary documentation
  • Stay updated with the latest food safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures and systems

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • Knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, and KOSHER standards and requirements
  • Experience in food manufacturing quality control is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills with a systematic approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
