Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality inspections and product testing across manufacturing stages
- Implement and maintain FSSC22000 compliance documentation and audit procedures
- Analyze test results and initiate corrective actions for quality deviations
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Manage supplier qualification programs and raw material verification
- Develop and update quality control protocols and SOPs
- Prepare regulatory compliance reports and customer quality documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in food manufacturing QA/QC
- FSSC22000 or HACCP certification preferred
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent documentation and report writing skills
- Knowledge of Singapore food safety regulations (SFA)
