Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections of raw materials and finished products using calibrated testing equipment
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC procedures aligned with ISO 9001 standards
- Analyze production data to identify quality trends and implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate quality documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications
- Train staff on quality control standards and inspection methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in metal manufacturing or industrial production
- Proficiency in quality control tools and statistical analysis methods
- Certification in ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
- Strong knowledge of material testing protocols and non-destructive testing techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
