Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular on-site quality inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
- Document inspection results, record non-conformities, and prepare detailed reports for the project team and management.
- Verify that all construction activities adhere to safety protocols, quality assurance procedures, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and ensure timely delivery of compliant materials.
- Participate in project meetings and provide clear, concise English feedback regarding quality status and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities, test results, and certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM) and construction codes.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and computer software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
