Are you looking for a high-impact role in a prestigious infrastructure project? We are currently seeking a dedicated QA/QC Inspector to join the Changi Skytrain Capital Assets Refurbishment Program. This is a pivotal opportunity to support the major upgrading works for Singapore’s vital airport transport infrastructure under the guidance of a leading Multinational Corporation (MNC).
In this position, you will serve as the guardian of quality, ensuring that all refurbishment and maintenance activities meet stringent international standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical integrity of rail assets and systems, verifying compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a robust documentation system. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections on rail assets, mechanical systems, and electrical components during the Changi Skytrain refurbishment.
- Ensure all site works strictly adhere to Singapore Standards (SSS) and relevant construction codes.
- Review and approve material certificates, shop drawings, and technical specifications before installation.
- Identify non-conformities, defects, or safety hazards and coordinate immediate corrective actions with the project team.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date Quality Control records, daily logs, and inspection reports.
- Perform regular site audits to monitor contractor performance and adherence to the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
- Collaborate with project engineers and stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, specifically within the Rail or MRT sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Standards (SSS) and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with inspection tools, measuring instruments, and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
- Excellent proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Valid Pass (EP/S Pass) and willingness to work in Changi.
