Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional looking to make a significant impact in the high-growth plant protein sector? Agro Snow Sdn Bhd is looking for a driven and detail-oriented QA/QC Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pasir Gudang.
In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our product integrity. You will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive quality management systems. From raw material intake to finished product distribution, you will ensure every step of our process aligns with international food safety standards, Halal, and Kosher certifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and enforce comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control protocols for all plant-based protein production lines.
- Lead and manage internal and external audits to ensure 100% compliance with ISO, GMP, HACCP, Halal, and Kosher standards.
- Oversee the documentation and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production stages.
- Manage the QC laboratory team and ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and functioning within industry specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis for any product non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with the R&D and Production teams to ensure new product launches meet strict quality and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to plant personnel regarding food safety, hygiene protocols, and quality standard updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC management within a food, beverage, or manufacturing environment.
- Deep knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal certification processes.
- Proven track record in managing Kosher certification and compliance is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and interface with regulatory bodies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
