Trust Recruit is seeking a dynamic QA/QC Manager to spearhead our quality assurance and control operations in the manufacturing and logistics sector. As a key leader, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement robust quality systems, and ensure compliance with international standards. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of production processes, vendor quality assessments, and regulatory compliance to uphold our reputation for excellence. You'll lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, optimize workflows, and reduce operational costs while maintaining zero-defect targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards
- Lead quality audits and inspections across production and logistics operations
- Manage corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformance issues
- Train and mentor staff on quality protocols and best practices
- Analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to ensure raw material quality standards
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols
- Prepare quality reports for executive review and stakeholder communication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' QA/QC experience in manufacturing/logistics
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Proven track record in team leadership and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of statistical quality control tools (SPC, FMEA)
- Experience with ERP/MES quality modules
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in quality documentation systems
