Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished felt products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Operate testing equipment and measuring tools to verify product dimensions, density, and structural integrity.
- Document all quality control findings accurately and prepare daily reports for the management team.
- Identify and isolate non-conforming products, initiating appropriate corrective actions or flagging them for supervisor review.
- Monitor production line activities to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production operators to troubleshoot quality issues and prevent recurring defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent vocational certification.
- Previous experience in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using basic measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and weighing scales.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work on shifts and adapt to the requirements of a fast-paced production floor.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
