Buma Group is currently seeking a highly experienced and meticulous QA/QC Superintendent to lead our quality assurance and quality control initiatives in Riau. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our operational standards, ensuring that all mining and infrastructure projects adhere to global industry best practices.
The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in the development and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will act as the primary custodian of our quality standards, driving continuous improvement through rigorous audits, process inspections, and proactive management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR). Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the project-specific Quality Management System (QMS) and associated documentation.
- Establish comprehensive quality plans and inspection test plans (ITP) for all operational phases.
- Conduct regular internal and vendor audits to ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Manage the entire Non-Conformance Report (NCR) lifecycle, including identification, reporting, and tracking until effective closure.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) sessions to drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) following quality lapses.
- Provide expert technical guidance to site teams regarding quality standards and material specifications.
- Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and certification agencies to ensure site compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil, Mechanical) or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably within the mining, energy, or heavy industry sectors.
- Deep understanding of ISO 9001 standards and relevant industry quality management frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage technical documentation and quality reporting for large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant quality management software and data analysis tools.
