Buma Group is seeking a highly experienced and meticulous QA/QC Superintendent to join our operations in Riau. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Quality Management System (QMS) framework, ensuring that all mining operations and site activities adhere to the highest international safety and quality standards. You will serve as the primary guardian of technical integrity, driving continuous improvement through rigorous audits, systematic inspections, and proactive corrective actions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) and site-specific Quality Plans.
- Lead and conduct regular internal audits to ensure full compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise site inspections and quality control checks for all infrastructure and operational equipment.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional project managers to enforce quality standards during technical execution.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and quality dashboards for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mining, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a QA/QC supervisory role, preferably within the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management protocols.
- Proven ability to lead site inspections and manage complex NCR/CAPA processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or relevant Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
