Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor QA/QC teams to maintain rigorous quality standards across all production processes
- Develop, implement, and audit quality control systems and inspection protocols
- Coordinate with production departments to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects
- Train staff on quality management principles, testing procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Generate comprehensive quality reports and KPIs for stakeholder communication
- Manage supplier quality assurance and conduct vendor audits
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Certification in Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor, or equivalent quality management credentials
- Proficiency in quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA) and inspection techniques
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Exceptional leadership abilities with proven team development track record
- Advanced proficiency in quality management software (SAP QM, etc.)
