Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials and finished chemical products.
- Perform laboratory testing to ensure compliance with product specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all quality control findings and logs.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify process improvements and reduce waste.
- Monitor equipment calibration and report any deviations or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Ensure that all manufacturing activities strictly adhere to company safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Assist in root cause analysis for any quality-related incidents on the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing or chemical plant setting.
- Educational background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Silang, Cavite, on a Monday to Saturday schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex technical instructions.
- Proficiency in using basic laboratory testing equipment and measuring tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing plant environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a cross-functional team.
