Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and quality tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document test results, non-conformances, and quality reports using Weber Best Practices methodologies
- Operate and maintain quality testing equipment including calipers, hardness testers, and spectrometers
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in real-time
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal quality control protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance quality processes
- Train junior staff on inspection techniques and quality documentation standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in quality testing equipment and metrology tools
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in quality control methodologies (e.g., CQA, CQT) preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
