Able Dairies is a dynamic and growing dairy manufacturing company in Malaysia, driven by innovation, quality, and expansion. We are seeking a highly skilled QA & R&D Manager to join our team in Selangor and lead our quality assurance and research development initiatives.
As the QA & R&D Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our dairy products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and consistency. You will work closely with our production and R&D teams to develop new products, improve existing processes, and maintain compliance with local and international food safety regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for dairy manufacturing operations
- Lead research and development activities to create new dairy products and improve existing formulations
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian food safety regulations and international quality standards
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of production facilities and processes
- Manage and mentor QA and R&D team members to ensure high performance
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and control production costs while maintaining product quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food or dairy industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP
- Proven experience in product development and R&D within dairy or food manufacturing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment in Malaysia is preferred
