Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all Quality Control operations to ensure product compliance with standards
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO and IATF 16949 quality management systems
- Manage, train, and develop QA team members to enhance performance capabilities
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and monitor KPI performance metrics
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Implement and maintain quality control processes and documentation systems
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in quality control with 2+ years in management role
- ISO 9001/IATF 16949 certification and compliance expertise
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean)
- Proficiency in quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
