- Supervise and coordinate QA team activities during assigned shifts
- Implement and enforce quality control policies and procedures
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Train and mentor QA technicians on quality standards
- Monitor product quality metrics and report trends
- Collaborate with production teams on quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards
- Manage quality documentation and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing QA roles
- Previous shift supervision or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies (SPC, FMEA, 8D)
- Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
