One Food Group is seeking a highly motivated QA Specialist to join our growing team in Santa Maria, Bulacan. In this role, you will be the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that every item leaving our facility meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
As our QA Specialist, you will work closely with production teams to implement rigorous quality control protocols. You won't just be checking boxes; you will be an integral part of our continuous improvement culture, identifying bottlenecks and proposing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform rigorous inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Maintain precise documentation and logs for all quality checks, ensuring full traceability for audits.
- Monitor compliance with local food safety regulations, HACCP, and internal company quality standards.
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to ensure sanitation protocols and safety standards are strictly followed.
- Identify, document, and report quality non-conformances and initiate corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and prevent future defects.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO standards).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and produce detailed reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity in maintaining quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for documentation and data entry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across various departments.
