Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Identify, document, and verify bugs and defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure software stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze application performance to ensure optimal user experience and uptime.
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test matrices and test coverage reports.
- Ensure compliance with company quality assurance policies and software testing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and life cycles.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
