Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct thorough functional, regression, and system integration testing for complex infrastructure and ICT systems.
- Identify, document, and track software or process defects using industry-standard bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to resolve quality issues and prevent technical bottlenecks.
- Review project requirements and technical documentation to ensure clarity and testability.
- Prepare detailed quality assessment reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing QA processes and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in a QA or Software Testing role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) methodologies.
- Experience with automation testing tools and framework development is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate technical findings into actionable insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multinational environment.
