- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality and user experience.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard issue tracking tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure products meet strict quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with developers and project managers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new updates do not disrupt existing features.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders to drive decision-making and process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a QA Specialist or Software Tester in a professional setting.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, life cycles, and best practices.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
