Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test plans and test cases
- Execute manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track defects
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues
- Conduct regression testing and performance validation for product releases
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation and QA metrics
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide QA insights during sprint planning
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for QA processes and tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA testing and business analysis
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex requirements
- Experience writing SQL queries for data validation and test automation
- Certification in QA methodologies (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
