Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for excellence and food safety? The Table Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated QA Specialist (Store Audit) to join our growing team in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our brand standards, ensuring that every product reaching our customers meets the highest benchmarks of quality and safety.
You will play a hands-on role in maintaining operational integrity across our retail footprint. This position combines rigorous analytical work with active field involvement, requiring a candidate who is comfortable both in the office investigating quality issues and out in the field conducting comprehensive store audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular, systematic store audits to ensure compliance with company quality and safety protocols.
- Perform thorough investigations into product-related issues, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and training to store staff regarding food safety standards and handling procedures.
- Document audit findings accurately and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality deviations and implement preventative measures.
- Monitor and evaluate store-level inventory and display standards to uphold brand consistency.
- Participate in periodic field visits to monitor high-traffic locations and provide on-site guidance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Audit roles within the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (ISO/HACCP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to perform occasional field work within Metro Manila.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to store personnel.
