As a QA Staff member, you will play a critical role in our software development lifecycle, ensuring that every product release is robust, reliable, and free of critical errors. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive manual and automated testing to identify software defects and ensure product functionality.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Monitor the quality assurance process, providing regular updates on testing progress and product stability.
- Document and report bugs clearly and concisely using JIRA or similar bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform regression testing to verify that recent code changes have not negatively impacted existing features.
- Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues to prevent recurrence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a QA Staff, Quality Assurance Tester, or in a similar software testing role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
