QUICKMIX FOOD AND BEVERAGE MFG CORP. is seeking a dedicated QA Staff to join our growing team in Marilao, Bulacan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance process, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
As our QA Staff, you will collaborate closely with production, R&D, and management teams to uphold rigorous quality protocols. You will be responsible for real-time monitoring of production lines, thorough documentation review, and active participation in internal and external quality audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Conduct regular quality inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Maintain and organize quality documentation, logs, and laboratory records to support compliance requirements.
- Actively participate in internal and external quality audits and assist in addressing non-conformity findings.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to support new product development and recipe standardization.
- Perform daily sanitation inspections and verify that food safety policies are strictly implemented.
- Report quality deviations promptly and assist in identifying root causes for corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Food Safety Standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, or GMP).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software (MS Excel, Word) for report generation and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across different departments.
- Willingness to work in shifts and be based in Marilao, Bulacan.
