In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team, utilizing your expertise to drive continuous improvement. We offer a competitive salary range of ₱13,000 – ₱14,000 per month and a flexible schedule to support your work-life balance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine quality control inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Identify, document, and report product defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspection results and non-conformance reports.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar manufacturing role.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and inspection protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
