- Lead and mentor QA team members to ensure consistent quality standards

- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure adherence to ISO and industry-specific standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years QA experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years team leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Certification in Six Sigma or Quality Management preferred
