Ultra Clean Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, a leader in the manufacturing and technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Supervisor to join our team in Woodlands. As a QA Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will oversee inspection processes, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of excellence across our production operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the QA team in conducting inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Review and evaluate inspection results, NCRs, and quality data to identify trends, risks, and areas for process improvement.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues, driving effective resolutions.
- Prepare and present quality reports and KPIs to management, highlighting performance and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits to uphold certification and regulatory compliance.
- Train and mentor QA staff and production teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D, 5 Whys) and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
- Proven experience leading a team and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Certification in Quality (e.g., CQE, CQA) is a plus.
