You will lead a team of QA technicians, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and champion a culture of excellence in our manufacturing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily QA operations to ensure compliance with strict manufacturing specifications.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the QA technician team.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control protocols and inspection standards.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformance issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality bottlenecks.
- Oversee calibration schedules for testing equipment to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive quality performance reports for management review.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing workplace safety policies and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a QA supervisory role within a manufacturing environment (semiconductor or laser industry experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards and quality management systems (QMS).
- Proficiency in QC tools (SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma methodologies, Root Cause Analysis).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
