Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily quality assurance operations and team performance
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and standards
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality issues
- Train and mentor QA team members on inspection methodologies
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific regulations
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams for process optimization
- Prepare and maintain quality reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of QA experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years in supervisory or team leadership role
- ISO 9001 internal auditor certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D)
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Proficient in quality management software and ERP systems
