Join Fastrain as a QA Supervisor and play a pivotal role in delivering superior electronic manufacturing solutions. You'll lead quality assurance initiatives across our SMT production lines, ensuring every product meets rigorous industry standards. This hands-on position requires you to implement IPC compliance protocols, conduct detailed inspections, and support internal/external audits. You'll collaborate closely with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to embed quality controls from design through manufacturing, preventing defects before they occur. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce production costs, and enhance customer satisfaction through reliable, high-quality products. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise SMT line quality control through hands-on inspection and real-time monitoring
- Enforce IPC-A-610 standards and maintain quality documentation systems
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external certification processes
- Drive quality initiatives in New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows
- Train QA inspectors on quality standards and inspection techniques
- Implement corrective actions for quality deviations using root cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
- 3+ years in QA supervision within electronics manufacturing
- IPC-A-610 certification and SMT process knowledge
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS)
- Strong statistical process control (SPC) methodology skills
- Auditing experience (internal/external)
- Leadership experience in manufacturing environments
