Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance professional seeking a leadership role in the dynamic food manufacturing industry? King's Quality Foods, Inc. is looking for a dedicated QA Supervisor to join our team. In this critical position, you will serve as the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that every item meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and consistency.
As the QA Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily quality control operations and managing a team of QA professionals. You will enforce strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring the safety of our consumers. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure all food products comply with local and international safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Quality Assurance personnel to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to minimize defects and ensure product consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of production lines to identify potential hazards, deviations, or areas for improvement.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, product recalls, or quality deviations immediately and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with production, operations, and maintenance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping of quality metrics, inspection results, and compliance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong preference for experience within the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and other food safety management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams and conduct training sessions.
- Willingness to work in a production facility environment, including adherence to strict safety protocols and possible shift work.
- Relevant certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
