Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Quality Assurance department to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of QA staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols.
- Analyze quality data and defect reports to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to production teams.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and logistics departments to resolve quality issues and optimize workflows.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, trends, and performance indicators for management review.
- Ensure all safety regulations and environmental standards are strictly adhered to within the quality control area.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a QA or Quality Control supervisory role within the Manufacturing or Transport & Logistics sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflict effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach to work.
- Proficiency in using quality control software, statistical analysis tools, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
