We are seeking a highly motivated QA Supervisor β Commissary Operations to lead our quality assurance team in our Quezon City commissary. In this critical role, you will oversee all QA activities, ensure compliance with stringent food safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across our operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day quality assurance activities within the commissary operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of QA technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure full adherence to HACCP, GMP, FSMS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyze quality reports, track non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2β3 years of quality assurance experience in the food manufacturing or commissary industry.
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Internal Auditor, HACCP, Quality Management) are a definite advantage.
