Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily QA activities for carrier tape manufacturing processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
- Conduct product design qualification testing and analysis
- Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor QA team members on quality standards and testing procedures
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
- Experience with product design qualification and testing protocols
- Familiarity with carrier tape manufacturing processes is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams
- Proficient in quality management software and data analysis tools
